Daily Duties at Collins & Aikman:
Plant Manager with full P&L responsibility. All departments reported directly to me and I was responsible for all plant profitability and operational success. I also had responsibility for the Bowling Green KY sequencing plant operations. I was promoted by the President to turn this plant around after my success at the Evart, MI plant.
