Daily Duties at Wincup:
Plant Manager, with full P&L resposibility, production, printing, shipping & Receiving, scheduling, engineering, finance, HR, etc all reported to me. I was tasked with turning this plant around. They were losing money and they wanted it to be breakeven so they could sell it off. Project was completed.
