Daily Duties at Range Mental Health Services:

I worked in below 45 degree temperatures each morning going to work. I had to plug in my car because it was so cold. I worked at the Children's Clinic and went to a school. There was a delay in my obtaining my license in MN that was not my fault. The licensing board was known for not returning calls and letters. Finally, Dr. David Wilson, from Redding, California, one of my previous supervisors, got involved and wrote the Board. After his letter, I received my licensed. I left this agency for personal reasons: My father died and it was so cold that I became ill.

What they like about Range Mental Health Services:

You give high priority to hiring firms with prestige. Market reputation and prestige of a firm may be determined through on-line research, and conversations with individuals working in your target industry. Note that firms "in the public eye" receive a great deal more critical publicity and attention than those operating with more anonymity. So as you assess your employment opportunities, be sure to seek out the positive aspects of the firm's reputation in addition to noting negative publicity the company may have received.
