• Conceptualization, design and release of new products into manufacturing of sheet metal or plastic housings capable of protecting fiber optic hardware (connectors, splices, cable) from outside environment while maintaining strict cable management attributes. • Identifying suitable cost reduction or product improvement projects. • Responsible for establishing project time line, engineering hour and capital requirements for assigned projects
