I work as a "hands-on" manager, who prides himself on being readily accessible to each and every project. I have led cross-functional teams both in the construction application in the field, as well as the estimating programs in the office. I have local and multi-state experience, which includes JOC, CM@Risk, Design/Build, Construction Management, Cost Estimating and competitive bid methodologies. I have developed proven expertise constructing high-visibility projects that require specialized skills, sensitivity to unique program requirements, and knowledge in all aspects of the construction process.
