Daily Duties at Da Vita:
Renal dietitian for in-center hemodialysis, nocturnal hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis patients. Certified Kidney Smart Educator and coordinated Kidney Smart class. Completed nutritional assessment, consulted with multidisciplinary team, and developed individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy for each patient. Provided nutrition education and counseling based on individualized patient needs and reviewed monthly lab results with patients and caregivers. Served as Mineral and Bone Disorder Specialist.
