Daily Duties at Matthew's Auto Sales:
Setup database inventory for vehicle using MS Access Ensure database inventory systems are maintained and up to date Filed paper work for vehicle title transfer Transfer and dispose records according to sales transactions Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure Maintained and replenish inventory with various vendors for office and vehicle parts Check stock to determine inventory levels Anticipate needed supplies Verify receipt of supply Perform other related duties as required Duties included keeping inventory of all vehicles on site. Tracking cost for all vehicles Drawing up sales contracts Filing monthly state income taxes Prepared payroll for employees.
