Daily Duties at Or Speciaties, Inc:
Managed and mentored younger representatives daily activities. Provided educational labs and sales process information. Execute sales plan to achieve sales targets and forecasts. Perform all sales related activities in assigned territory. Identify key accounts in the territory and establish strategies to acquire new accounts and maintain relationships with existing accounts. Effectively follow up on sales inquiries including frequent customer visits and field demonstrations. Report on marketing, trade show and competitor activity in assigned territory. Attend and staff trade show exhibits as and when required.
