Daily Duties at Ryerson Inc.:
Responsible for developing and managing customer relationships. Inclusive of accounts overall strategic direction. responsible for growth and development, negotiating and sign-on of new accounts.Creation of commitment documents, be an account champion, assuring clear and regular communication to customers and key company employees, develop a deep understanding of customers needs and their practice, present information and solutions in a professional manner, lead account management team process for assigned territory accounts, achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly districts and territories revenue and margins goals according to local plan, pursue opportunities unique to each assigned service centers in terms of marketing, operations and capabilities, develop and maintain strong executive relationships with customers, work closely with assigned suppliers to ensure they have a strong understanding of their requirements and customers needs, responsible for developing proposals, negotiate terms of agreement, implement contractural agreement, accountability for delivering strong financial results, presentations and meetings. responsible for account planning and management, the selling process, metrics, sales reporting tools and post sale implementations.
