Support monthly meetings with customers and coordinated and submitted quarterly Estimate-At-Completion (EAC) reports. •Performed analyses and prepared reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost controlled guidelines. •Ensured adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. •Incorporated contractual changes into control systems by monitoring outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule. •Consolidated reports, and prepared performance for review by Senior Managements and other key business partners.
