Daily Duties at Canteen Corporation:
I was responsible for the Western US states to manage a group of Food Service Directors to drive cost out of the programs, contract compliance, supply chain, client satisfaction and p & l results All Operational locations consisting of 19 contracts. I was responsible for over 25 Food Service Directors, 15 Afsd's, 390 hourly staff and client staff. I was responsible for purchasing set ups and compliance, HR follow up and compliance, Accounting processes in all locations, P&L Reviews and Compliances. Responsible for Driving and implimenting Fiancial and operational objectives for all contracts and accounts for the entire area. * Responsilbe for the safety implimentation and safe work envirement. * Responsible for the development and follow through of all Fsd Personel. * Responsilbe for all goals and directives for the Fsd's to ensure compliance to those directives. * Responsible for all Budgets and forecasting for all locations * Responsilbe for all succession planning stategies and implimentation of those goals and objectives. * Responsible for all on going training and developement for all personell in the area to include, Fsd's, AFSD's, Hourly Workers and Client staff in our areas. * Responsible for all opening teams for new accounts to open and ensure smooth transitions. Which covered Set up of personnell, transition teams, purchasing, client meetings, fresh eye teams, client contract compliance, etc... * Responsible for compliance and meeting the proposal objectives for all new peices of business start ups. * Ensure compliance with Sarbane-oxley, Wage and Hour, State Requlations, Contract Compliance, State DOC guidelines, etc... * Responsbile for Negations of Contracts with clients. * Responsbile for negations of contracts with Bargining Units as needed. * Responsible for developing an envirment where we worked as partners with our clients, venfors, employees, and customers.
