Responsible for an off-campus operation of Parkland College which is an integrated training and development center dedicated to serving and meeting the needs of businesses, employers & individuals. Directed this profit center by selling and marketing Customized Training and Development programs in topics such as: Leadership, Management, Supervisory, Team Building, Team Effectiveness, Cultural Diversity, Conflict Resolution, Call Center Customer Service, Command Spanish, Sales & Marketing Presentations, Microsoft Computer Skills training (entry-level, intermediate & advanced levels), and licenses/certifications in Food Service Sanitation, Medical Coding & Billing, and Real Estate.
