Daily Duties at Parkland College:

Provide strategic leadership for the NEW Workforce Development department at Parkland College on Mattis. Primary responsibilities include Program Direction & Management of Parkland College’s Workforce Development training programs; writing & submitting State & Federal grants related to Workforce Development & Adult Education. Ensure the provision of effective and efficient workforce development services by coordinating with Parkland College’s department chairs & program managers and state agencies as they relate to Parkland College, in addition to, successful collaboration with area employers, various community organizations, not-for-profits agencies & Faith-based organizations
