Marketed dental equipment/devices to extensive distribution network in Pacific Northwest, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. Conducted meetings for distributor sales personnel. Provided equipment service training for distributor service technicians. Co-traveled with distributor sales personnel to develop leads and orders. Consulted with Equipment Sales Specialists in clinic design, equipment presentations and selection, consulted with contractors regarding equipment specifications, delivery and installation and final in-servicing Developed innovative ways to establish customer “top of mind” awareness of Midmark, through local and national promotions, sales meetings, co-travel and customer open houses . Presented detailed clinical data to dentists, oral surgeons, hygienists and dental assistants regarding ergonomics and patient flow. Collaborated with contractors, plumbers and electricians to ensure equipment was installed correctly during construction phase. Built relationships with distributor sales force to expand market for products. Created promotions in sales territory. Co-traveled with distributor reps to increase and maintain top of mind awareness of Midmark products. Was able to provide value in distributor accounts by providing expert knowledge and suggestions for upgrading equipment to enhance patient flow and office productivity. Gained an industry wide reputation for providing excellent customer service and new equipment lead generation increasing the sales and income of distributor sales representatives.
