Marketed dental equipment to non-private oral healthcare facilities, including community health centers, universities, and correctional/public health facilities. Called on executive management team and clinical staff to develop leads, build relationships. Consulted on clinic design/planning, managed equipment installation from order placement to project completion. Facilitated educational/training seminars. Supported local Henry Schein distributor personnel in the planning, design, equipment ordering and project management from the beginning to completion of the project. Conducted distributor sales meetings to address the special needs of the not for profit dental clinic customer. Consulted with Distributor Equipment Sales Specialists individually to assess needs and timelines of ongoing projects. Managed the distributor Equipment department. Assembled and lead teams to address customer service issues and project timelines. Assembled and lead teams to determine customer IT needs relating to digital radiography, Electronic patient records and the total system integration. Managed a 9 state territory which included leading and supporting the special markets equipment departments of 10 Henry Schien distribution centers. Was accountable for 14 million dollars in sales.
