Manage ongoing Environmental Impact statements and oversee $17M worth of contracts covering 44 miles of new capacity roadway in Bexar County with a construction value of $2B. Direct all public engagement programs, as well as media and government relations. Testify before the legislature and act as chief spokesman to key media outlets and special interest groups. Manage 35 consultants and staff members. Oversee community outreach through online, print, and social media streams. Maintain strong relationships with senior appointed and elected officials. Daily collaboration with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to develop detailed strategic and media plans.
