Daily Duties at Abiy Physical Therapy & Rehab:
Plan design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plans. Support and facilitate development implementation of new business. Plan and administer Marketing Operations Budget. Lead the execution of advertising and promotion with external vendors and consultants. Manage day to day activities of 4 employees. A start up company, with a holistic solution, needed a marketing director that can generate business. A budget of $75,000, to create measurable action, related to the intent to obtain a holistic therapy. I chose a brochure designer that can portray the essence of the holistic approach of the company, Hired a website designer to build fast, interactive, website. Obtain a multi-lingual brochure to distribute to local churches, community centers and clinics. Develop creative concepts for online and print products including the creation of media kits, sales and print, and in-person marketing promotions; Manages participation in creative brainstorming meetings, determining ideas for new promotional campaigns and product enhancement.
