Daily Duties at Bds Marketing:
Managed accounts and developed in-store marketing plans based on goals and objectives. Staffed projects, tracked progress, and updated upper management, partners and clients as necessary. Executed marketing programs including new product introductions. Hired, trained and supervised in-store sale representatives. Educated and trained retail sales representatives Visited about 18 stores per week in NJ and NY and trained about 7 reps per store.
