Daily Duties at Mirador Home Health Care:

• Establish and maintain effective / efficient relationships and processes with assigned businesses to support the achievement of current and long-term business goals and priorities. • Ensure that lines of communication with business leaders remain open and effective. • Enable the effective diagnosis of business issues / strategy and goals, turning these into People Plans, with integrated interventions and solutions that deliver against key business priorities and which drive a high performance culture. • Provide active leadership on HR issues such as reward, employee relations, talent, performance, organization development/change, culture, leadership and learning and development. • Offer counsel, manage conflict and resolve people problems in a timely, controlled and compliant manner. • Partner with HR colleagues and associates across the company and outside agencies to deliver superior customer service and results. • Sourcing, screening and identifying talent at all levels of the organization. Entry level through senior management professionals and executive positions. • Facilitate and conduct initial orientation and on-boarding for all employees • Define, design, implement and conduct training programs to develop talent and promote employee retention and growth at all levels within the organization. • Managing HR workload, setting priorities and completing simultaneous projects and activities. • Employee relations • Development and administration of compensation and benefit programs. • Ensure accuracy of HR records and compliance with all regulatory requirements. • Support field operations with efficient delivery of quality HR services company administrators and line staff.
