Daily Duties at I Work Software:
**Product managed, designed and co-developed the dcXchange ETL tool that became the company’s leading selling product. **Developed all training materials and delivered the training on-site and off-site. Trained trainers. **Delivered integration and data collection products to the market. Integrated 3rd party reporting tools in the package (Crystal Reports). **Set up requirements, design, coding, development, testing, documentation, internal and customer training teams and processes. Languages: C++, SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, RPG.
