**Work with customers and technology stakeholders to plan, design, and document user experiences and functionality for web-based applications. The “MyHR Transformation” project considered one of the most strategically critical projects globally. **Collaborate with Global Usability team in providing product to test and assessment of results of user testing. **Create and maintain information architecture documents such as site maps, page wireframes and/or mockups, flow charts, content inventories and functional specifications **Responsible for the layout and design of user interfaces for internal applications. **Develop templates and workflow within Interwoven’s TeamSite CMS application. **Collaborate with Human Resources IT team (business analysts, developers). This group was a mix of both .Net and Java developers. Worked closely with developers in understanding limitations of software and how to take limitation when providing designs. **Write test cases for Quality Assurance testing. **Liaise with Corporate Communications to be sure design guidelines are satisfied in all solutions. **Use Photoshop and HTML for prototyping, Visio for rapid prototyping and site mapping, MS Office (Powerpoint, Word and Excel) for documentation and presentations.
