**Work with internal business and technology stakeholders to plan, design, document and prototype user experiences and functionality for re-implementation of Siebel E-Clinical CTMS 8.1. **Gather requirements using various methods: workshops, interviews, gap analysis of current system vs proposed out of the box system. **Using iRise prototyping and requirements gathering tool, develop high fidelity visualizations with some logic and functionality for stakeholders to more easily visualize the implementation of requirements so they can provide feedback. Create graphics to show personalization and branding of application. **Use wireframes, MS Visio and graphic applications to provide rapid visualizations for stakeholders and also for presentations during change management activities. **Document requirements using Borland’s Caliber, providing traceability from requirements through testing and implementation. **Provide usability expertise when asked as to design, layout and functionality of new implementation. This project is an excellent example where Formative testing in early requirements gathering stage with smaller groups works well. **Develop Business Requirement and Functional Design documents for the SDLC process.
