Daily Duties at Pra International:

**Lead Business System Analyst on CIO’s initial project to provide visibility to entire company regarding clinical trial project’s progress in both operational and financial aspects. First project for IT organization implementing the Force.com platform. Estimated cost savings to each project estimated to a minimum of 20%, increasing over time as the customer base matures in the use of the product. **Internal stakeholders include the CEO and CFO. Ensure that all requirement related to regulatory requirement are included and pass audit requirements. **Close interaction with high level business personnel including “C” level, VP’s and Directors throughout the requirements gathering process. Providing direction throughout the process from inception of the project through release, and some support. **Agile software development methodology. Force.com platform. Axure prototyping. MS Team Foundation for requirements gathering. JIRA for developer assignments and burndown. **Create reports and dashboards using Salesforce Report and Dashboard functionality.
