Leading end to end Employee Engagement process, including vendor selection and management, survey instrument development and refinement, system clean up prior to survey administration, system-wide survey administration, report distribution management, survey results interpretation and insight generation, action planning strategy development and implementation, tracking and management of action plans across the county and school district system, and overall training, communication, and project management for team. Collaborate on development of change management tools, processes and approaches across RCOE and team on operational and human resources. leadership.
