Daily Duties at Housing With Heart :

Providing program support for change management assessments, stakeholder engagement, learning and communications for a variety of projects, programs and initiatives including but not limited to value imperative. This includes development of short and long term organization effectiveness and talent management strategies to enable successful implementation and sustainable organizational transformation efforts acrossthe state with our 42 Housing with Heart programs. Managing further refinement of the Leadership Continuity process, tools and templates. Also, support implementation of targeted development programs to support high potential talent identified in Leadership Continuity process for our Housing with Heart team and sites through out the state. In collaboration with the Director, Talent & Organization Effectiveness, design, develop, and implement performance management processes and systems, including annual and midyear performance review processes, tools, and protocols. Managing third party vendors and resources to support implementation of key Talent & Organization Effectiveness programs through out the state. Analytical -Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collecting and researching data; Using intuition and experience to complement data; Designing work flows and procedures. Design - Generating creative solutions; Translating concepts and information into images; Useing feedback to modify designs; Appling design principles; Demonstrating attention to detail. Problem Solving - Identifing and resolving problems in a timely manner; Gathering and analyzing information skillfully; Developing alternative solutions; Working well in group problem solving situations; Useing reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
