My primary responsibilities were to analyze each customer's product selection and determine how my product/products could help him/her achieve the most effective outcomes for treating chronic disease states. Disease management protocol, hospital guidelines, patient type, costs, etc. were factored as much as could be determined to achieve a persuasive reason to choose my therapy over alternative therapies. I was also responsible for achieving 100% of assigned targets on my call plan. This was in concert with achieving my quarterly objective based on projected growth. It was also my responsibility to daily manage my budget allotment with austerity.
