Daily Duties at Gentiva Health Services:
Case Manager and Field RN for Homebound patients. Provided ordered nursing care for patients in their homes in order to keep them home. Coordinated care with the patients MD. Accurate assessments per mdicare guidlines on OASIS forms. Medication management, IV drug therapy, Lab draws, disease process teaching, etc.
