Daily Duties at Brogdex Inc:
• Receiving samples from Greyhound and logging the fruits such as oranges, lemons, and limes in log or data book. • Media preparation such as adding fungicides into agar • Pour Plating (Agar) and spread plating for blue and green mold • Incubating mold spore cans when it come back from citrus packing houses • Inoculating blue and green mold for future growth • Autoclaving glassware • Maintaining laboratory maintenance such as cleaning glassware, stocking reagents and inventory for laboratory chemicals
