Operational Lead for a combined 300,000+ member Medicaid Prepaid Mental Health Plan Organization, in 34 counties. Administered $83 million annual contract budget, comprising five unique contracts and more than 40 key provider entities, including community mental health centers, clinics and hospitals. Managed health plan operations staff of 45+ in a matrixed environment. Oversight of all operations metrics, Lead liaison for billing, legal, and client relations. Served as President and directed administrative and management functions for plan partnerships: Florida Health Partners and North Florida Behavioral Health Partnership. Negotiated managed care contracts with partner and non-partner provider groups; Daily management of network, claims, clinical, quality, finance and I.T. departments. Successful development and launch of community-level integration of business and clinical programs. Negotiated and achieved yearly contract extensions, rate increases and/or program expansions, while maintaining and/or growing plan membership.
