Daily Duties at Advanced Sterilization Products:

• Set up, operate and maintain laboratory instruments • Performing sterilization procedures such as: transferring biological indicators (BI) aseptically to TSB tubes from sterilizer under biological safety cabinet according to experimental design • Monitor experiments, make observation, calculate and records results and develop conclusions • Familiar with basic scientific principles and laboratory experience • Follow written instruction and maintain laboratory notebook • Conduct lab assays and run instrumentation • Often train/lead less experienced lab technician • Autoclave bio-hazard waste and laboratory equipment • Media preparation for chemistry and microbiology department
