Daily Duties at Kansas City Power And Light:

Partnering with Kansas City utility company to provide PeopleSoft General Ledger expertise and serve as Team Lead for the reimplementation of PeopleSoft 9.1 for the entire corporation scheduled to go live in July, 2013. Primary role during design phase was to lead group discussions on current processes and recommend PeopleSoft functionality solutions to meet the needs of the accounting organization, including chartfield design and day to day accounting and analysis functions. Acted as lead analyst for accounting functions in other PeopleSoft modules including Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Purchasing, Inventory, Payroll and PowerPlant asset management system as well as in-house time collection system. Worked as coordinator of configuration across all PeopleSoft modules.
