Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures to 600 + employees Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials Collaborate on writing training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines and student handouts for over 50 classes for staff and customers Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills including Preventing Sexual Harassment, Cultural Diversity, & First Aid/CPR Assist in recruitment and career fairs as well as community outreach presentations Consulted with department and library branch managers to provide remedial training for staff who needed additional training on company software
