Daily Duties at Ups:

Manage team of 8 training specialist during the overnight shift. Worked with trainers to develop new employees skills for loading, unloading, and sorting packages. Worked with operations manager to ensure success of new hire and maintain staffing goals. Daily work withs with trainers to develop their training skills and make sure that they were working with their new hires. Monitor instructor in class to ensure the adherence of classroom protocol as mandated by UPS. Worked with HR to develop aggressive and successful training/hiring programs.
