Daily Duties at Accu Title Agency:
Examined individual titles for brokers, investors and lenders, and review the searches from underwriters. Prepared all legal instruments which includes Settlement Statements, buyers and sellers closing documents, and Warranty Deeds. Contact underwriters with questions and outline any actions needed to clear titles. Managed 8 in-house employees and 20 outside closers. Prepared closings documents and uploaded into system for closers. Closed numerous real estate transaction, delegate scheduling of closing daily to title closers. Order property surveys on closings files, order payoff on mortgages, and order payoffs from homeowners association. Hired and trained administration staff, sales team for support of closers. Balance ledgers for title closing files and overnight checks to corporate office.
