Manage fleet for national retail distributor • Responsible for regions including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana • Supervise private fleet of over 150 drivers, 80 trucks, and 175 trailers • Operate facility in compliance with OSHA and DOT standards • Responsible for planning, routing, and scheduling daily • Coordinate pick-up of backhauls of 3 million pounds per month on average • P&L responsibilities on average of 2 million per month
