Daily Duties at Blue Sky Communications :
Identify and assess markets where unmet demand for telecommunication services presents opportunities for significant growth for in wireless communications. Develop strategic and operating plans, secure capital, recruit managment and staff to participate in FCC auctions and acquire spectrum. Negotiate GSM infrastructure, handset, and deployment service contracts. Oversee satellite LD and interconnect contracts and local operations in each market.
