Formulate, develop and install sales strategies, corporate policies, management change; and direct activities and performance of 200+ personnel. Plan, coordinate and lead company activities and functions to achieve overall corporate growth and profitability. Effectively empower large and small teams to achieve individual and corporate performance goals. Repeatedly examined, evaluated, and re-engineered operational functions and procedures for increased productivity and profitability. Effectively communicated with customers, employees, and Board of Directors, and served as company spokesperson, consistently portraying a favorable company image to the community.
