Daily Duties at V Ride (Formerly Vpsi Inc):
Operations and customer service manager responsible for over 500 commuter vanpool vehicles. Customer base includes both third party corporate accounts as well as individual customer accounts. Maintain profitable customer centric relationships with a variety of business partners to ensure the reliability and safety of appx. 600 fleet vehicles. Accountable for the hiring and training of customer account coordinators, fleet efficiency, budgeting and expense control, and growth initiatives.
