Daily Duties at Holabird Abstracts Inc/ Morris Hardwick Schneider :
Review and analyze foreclosure files from various lender, review dockets and analyze real estate documents for each files and determine what type of defects can be cured. Explain facts or finding in the title summary and explain the cure to lead claim attorney, and the Title Cured Department. Upload title summary to the lender sites, upload supplemental steps for each files and answer all emails from lender regarding any title issues. Advise paralegal and attorneys if files can move forward for foreclosure. Order heir searches for any deceased borrower and determine the most effective way to resolve any issues after the search has return. Support management and perform other duties that is given to me on a daily workload. Search clerks sites for updates regarding files that are 60 day of from the effective dates. Answer any questions from co-workers and explain the particular resolutions for resolving title defects. Upload invoices into systems and send email to the department lead manager. Handle transfer files and new files regarding title review. Review files for deed-in-lieu and sales department. Request fees from lender regarding heirs searches and/or probate.
