Daily Duties at Cr Walbridge And Associates:
My company was retained by him to provide the daily inspection of his projects. I had the responsibility of working with the contractors, Utility companies, and other related trades to insure that projects flowed on schedule, were constructed to plan specifications and were delivered on time. Many of Cliffs clients were investors they hired his company to manage the development of their projects start to finish. My job was oversee the development and report to Cliff. I worked on close to 20 subdivisions for Cliff. Cliff was always open to my comments on his plans where I thought savings could be had and where possible he adjusted the plans to facilitate savings and improvements to projects.
