Daily Duties at Da Vita Healthcare Partners, Inc.:
•Worked collaboratively across departments to develop materials to make clear new policies and procedures rolled out as a result of an HRIS transformation. This packet is currently being prepared for distribution to facility administrators at over 2,500 clinical locations. •Served as point person for the on-boarding of acquired teammates. •Devised processes for maintaining compliance across internal transfers and strengthening data accuracy in HRIS systems; trained colleagues in these new procedures. •Cross-trained in all aspects of on-boarding and compliance.
