Daily Duties at Fed Ex Freight :
Oversee all 3 shifts by assigning equipment needs and PM's needed.(16 -mechanics) Oversee Tire Department, shipping and receiving,as well assigning on yard 2 service trucks. (4 -employees) Maintaining attendance, medical and personal files. Downloading AS400 scanners and all production and parts used daily. Maintain equipment files on wrecks and take pictures and update information to all. Perform safety meetings with shop and center to build better working relations and decrease cost of accidents reducing Co.cost overall. Maintained operations needed equipment to fill their daily needs yet set up down pool to repair equipment as needed by our shop and also proper utilization of all outside vendors.
