Daily Duties at Saia Motor Freight:
Oversee 10 mechanics and all repairs performed with maximum production levels achieved. Line out priority jobs as needed in shop,as well as usage of outside vendors. Maintain a very efficient and safe working environment per OSHA guidelines. Oversee downgrading of used equipment,to include scheduling de-identification of units, and documents for all sales. Oversee Tire Department ,and assigning mechanics for all outbound and inbound drive up repairs. Maintained all employee attendance and personal files,as well as medical,and evaluations performed by me. Oversee Preventive maintenance all all equipment and insure key role to reducing overall higher possible cost to equipment by not doing so.
