Analyze success rate of lead providers and make changes if necessary based on zip codes or location, cost, type of lead and quality of information received. • Responsible for a minimum of 40% of sales department’s monthly business. • Establish and maintain relationships with outside lead providers and vendors • Create monthly reports and use this data to find strengths and weaknesses within processes and with individual sales people. • Keep up with sales trends, public opinions, buying patterns and economic environment in order to make any necessary changes • Responsible for choosing software products such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool and train staff on how to use efficiently and effectively.
