Oversee entire shop and all employees Oversee all parts inventory and obtain as needed from local parts vendors. Maximize work production by assigning mechanics to jobs and personally monortoring thru out entire day with corrections to ensure proper repairs. Inspect all inbound and outbound customer trailers to estimate need of repairs,and cost to do so,as well ensure all repairs are completed,and done so correctly to customer specifications to include needed PM's and Yearly Inspections performed with proper markings and stickers for verification to all. Kept file for all employees on discipline actions,and merits for raise increases,as wll attendance for payroll. Cleaned entire shop,set up for proper discarding of scrap recovery of all aluminum and steel removed to be resold to scrap yards. Maintained a well organized clean working safer environment for entire shop facility. Personally opened and closed entire facility at beginning and ending each day. Oversee welders and tool repairs or adding equipment as increased needs or to better perform time frames without waste.
