Daily Duties at Mc Cann Erickson:

Provided technical training within the public school sector as well as with large corporations, engaging faculty, staff, and administrative leaders across the company/district to provide training for new and existing IT infrastructure. Coordinated technical support operations during solution implementation engagements. Provided answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps on their Windows or Mac systems. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium. Configuration of client’s equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router. Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems. Perform creation of new accounts using company provide software tools. Added job responsibility of Technical Trainer: Updated job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks. Provided training classes to clients in the use of updated systems and applications. Held classes for individual software programs like MS Office including Publisher, Access.
