Managed day-to-day operations for the country club with 2 18-hole golf courses, restaurants, tennis and fitness facilities and a staff of 100+. Established training programs for new staff members. Transformed a club with declining membership and poor image by improving member services, food and beverage operations, atmosphere and operating systems.
