Developed and implemented system of controlling budget spending as well as the full year promotion plan calendar. • Managed Key Account Retail for Boston Market, Einstein Bros. and Jamba Juice. • Initiated and implemented the segregation of service to the three accounts within Customer Service to streamline service, assure accountability and eliminate duplication of efforts. • Coordinated all communication between the stores, the corporate customer representatives and Marriott distribution centers. • Managed all new product launches, customer promotions and managed daily inventory for existing product lines
