Assisted in creation of the annual department budget. • Resolve store/distributor concerns to maintain a 98% service satisfaction rating for fulfillment and on-time delivery. • Created and implemented standardized processes including internal staff and distributor partner training. • Contributed to savings over $100,000 through transition from national distribution to regional distribution in 2002. • Created, maintained and generated reports on distributor performance, budget performance and inventory management for the senior management team.
