Daily Duties at Hallmark Home Care Services:
As a highly talented Home Care Aid with experience in providing and supporting patients with personal care; assisting and training patient/client and family in activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and adequate nutritional intake. Administered treatment and personal care procedures to patients including, but not limited to, meal tray preparation and feeding, recording intake and output, bathing, shaving, changing clothing, cleaning and trimming fingernails, bed-making, assisting with ambulation and skin care. Provide such additional care as required to meet the personal needs and comfort of assigned patients. Performed other related duties as assigned.
